Granny Thread Return & Exchange Policy:
- We want you to love your purchase from Granny Thread. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges for items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- The package is in its original state
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact Us:
Send us a message on Instagram stating the following:-
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason of refund

Await Approval:
We will review your request and, once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a date for a refund.
Exchange:
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account within 2-3 business days.
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange items for a different size, provided the requested item is in stock. Please follow the return process above and specify the item you would like in exchange. We offer free shipping on your first exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We take great care in inspecting our products before they ship. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at grannythread@gmail.com or send us a message on our socials within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
